Over here in Jamshedpur, we recently had the Youth Parliament, organized by my school, Loyola School, on the 4th of December, 2008 in the XLRI Auditorium(Tata Auditorium). The topic was "The Comfort of Today is more important thant the survival of tomorrow."
There were about 10 speakers in all, 4 adults and 6 school-students. I personally think the rebuttal round was the best. I'll try to upload some pictures of the event as soon as possible.
